Just Breathe began with a breaking point. After years in the high pressure world of finance, a health crisis forced me to confront how disconnected I had become from my own body, breath, and values. I turned to meditation. Then to study. Then to practice. Slowly, everything began to shift.
As I deepened into mindfulness and yoga, I started to question the life I had been taught to want. The pace. The patterns. The pressure. I realized I did not just need to heal. I needed to unlearn.
The Unscripted Mind is what emerged. A movement toward inner freedom. A return to the self that exists beneath conditioning. It is a space for people who feel the urge to slow down, ask better questions, and live on their own terms.
