Welcome to Just Breathe: Mindful Moments. I’m Brian Reich, and my journey toward health and well-being didn’t start the way you might expect. For decades, I was immersed in a high-pressure corporate world, pushing my limits with long hours and often neglecting my own health. By 2019, I found myself facing serious health challenges that forced me to look inward and ask hard questions about the life I wanted to lead.

A Journey from Rock Bottom to Inner Peace

On a winter day in December 2019, lying in a hospital bed, I reached a breaking point. My body and mind were worn down, and I was facing a harsh truth: if I wanted to live a fulfilled and meaningful life, I needed to make a drastic shift. So, that day, I promised myself I would embrace change—not just on the surface, but deeply within.

The journey that followed was transformative. While I began by making healthier physical choices, it was the mental and spiritual work that truly redefined me. Meditation and mindfulness became the heart of my healing. I started small, meditating for just a few minutes each day. As my practice grew, I learned to listen to my own inner voice, find calm amid chaos, and release stress that had burdened me for years.

Finding Balance and Sharing the Path

Over time, mindfulness became more than a tool for managing stress; it became my way of life. Meditation brought me back to the present, allowing me to reconnect with myself in ways I had never imagined. I pursued studies in meditation, earned certifications, and soon felt called to help others find the same peace and resilience that I had discovered.

Today, my mission is simple: to create a space where anyone, at any stage of life, can explore mindfulness and connect with their own inner wellness. Through Just Breathe: Mindful Moments, I share insights, self-guided practices, and resources to help you nurture a grounded, balanced life.
